EAM is looking for a self-motivated, service-minded, and confident CRNA to join our team at Avala Surgical Hospital in Covington, LA. This position calls for a provider comfortable practicing with a high level of autonomy in the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative settings. Cases consist mainly of Adult Orthopedics, Ortho-spine, Neurosurgery, Plastics, pain management, and general surgery. Our CRNAs are encouraged to perform peripheral nerve blocks, though this isn't a mandatory requirement for hiring. Training is available for those interested in advancing their skills. Our group rotates through the Monday-Friday call position about once every two weeks, and weekend call coverage is currently once every two months. Call back is extremely rare. CRNA compensation is $232,000/yr paid on a 1099 in exchange for 46 weeks of anesthesia coverage. Providers will have 30 days of time off + hospital holidays. EAM Covers Malpractice insurance and offers access to a cost-effective group rate health, dental, life, and disability insurance plan.
