A company is looking for a Marketing Manager, CRM to enhance customer experience through effective marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Execute technical setup, QA, deployment, and tracking of marketing campaigns in the ESP Plan and set up email testing for insights and optimizations Analyze data and evaluate campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in CRM, preferably with a digital-first retailer Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade ESPs (Braze preferred) Basic HTML proficiency Understanding of A/B testing, measurement, and optimization Experience with Looker is a plus
