Key Responsibilities Manage email and SMS campaigns, including planning, execution, and optimization Implement triggered and personalized campaigns based on customer behavior and lifecycle Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations Required Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of experience in email and SMS campaigns Experience with Iterable and Attentive or similar platforms Deep expertise in building and executing email/SMS journeys Experience with reporting and web analytics tools Proven track record of achieving KPIs
