Salary Range Practitioner Base Salary: $52,960.65 - $61,322.85 Clinical Trainee Base Salary: $58,256.71 - 67,455.14 Clinician - Fully Licensed Base Salary: $66,752.48 - $77,292.35 The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE. Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid. Position Summary This position is responsible for answering phones to triage and determine the need for mobile crisis response, providing diagnostic and crisis assessment, crisis intervention and additional therapeutic services as indicated, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), office-based, and telehealth. Location Shakopee, MN (this is an on-site position) Schedule This temporary position is through mid-April 2025 Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day Minimum Qualifications Licensed Mental Health Professional Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must be currently LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure Clinical Trainee Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must have/be currently pursuing LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure Practitioner Practitioner completed bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields and has at least 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to adults or children with mental illness, substance use disorder, or emotional disturbance; or Is serving a federally recognized tribe and if the practitioner meets the definition of vendor of medical care. Preferred Qualification Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations. Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services.
