A company is looking for a Credit Manager to automate loan decisioning for credit unions. Key Responsibilities Drive collaboration with customers around model development and loan automation Design, implement, and validate decisioning models for consumer loan products Establish best practices for onboarding new customers and monitor customer outcomes Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in loan automation, preferably in a financial institution or Fintech Subject matter expertise in consumer loan origination (personal, credit card, vehicle) Deep knowledge of components needed to automate decisioning (credit risk, fraud, compliance) Self-starter and innovator mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
