We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Engagement Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading creative initiatives, working closely with senior managers, and driving processes from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Communication & Motivation: Utilize exceptional communication skills to engage and motivate team members and stakeholders. Creative Leadership: Lead and oversee creative projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals. Innovative Thinking: Propose and implement innovative strategies to enhance team performance and project outcomes. Process Management: Develop and manage processes efficiently, ensuring thorough execution from A-Z. Collaboration with Senior Management: Work closely with senior managers to align creative initiatives with broader EHS objectives. Media & Graphic Skills: Apply your media and graphic skills to create visually stunning presentations and materials that captivate our audience. Initiative & Proactivity: Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and new initiatives. Qualifications: Strong background in communication, media, and graphic design. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively. Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Thorough understanding of process management and project execution. Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
