Role: Creative DirectorJob Type: Full-time Direct HireRate: $100,000-$120,000Start Date: Interviewing now Location: Hybrid in Rockville, MD Our Agency client is in search of a Creative Director to join their team! This Creative Director role will be a hybrid role requiring you to be onsite 3 days per week. The primary responsibilities for this Creative Director role include: Inspiring deep cross-functional relationships that ultimately build stronger creatives delivering extraordinary work for clients Supporting the development of structured approaches to assess complex and high priority strategic initiatives with cross functional stakeholders Managing the creative team consisting of creatives, art directors, writers, and content producers per project Diagnosing business challenges, articulating the team's role in solving for business and client needs, and then aligning teams to the task Creating and defining the process and procedures to support the creative team and creative needs of the company Managing team assignments for a wide variety of projects and accountable for the team's utilization Leading a creative team to translate complex challenges into impactful solutions that move the needle forward for clients and their audiences Motivating a large creative team to deliver both quantity and quality of output while maintaining strong morale. Managing of direct reports, including performance reviews and professional development, compensation decisions, improvement initiatives, and other personnel actions Scaling and driving the internal development and growth of the team Managing creative team's progress on all projects and proposal Seeking out innovation and examples of greatness throughout the industry To be considered for this role the successful Creative Director must have: 6+ years of experience leading and developing creative teams for large scale events and campaigns 6+ years of team leadership role agency or corporate 10+ years managing revenue generating projects 12+ years of experience in a creative role
