Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor production artists, animators, and writers Collaborate with the Head of Creative Strategy to establish creative direction and schedules Propose and implement innovative methods to enhance workflow and content creation processes Required Qualifications 5+ years of creative administration or relevant experience 3+ years of people management and leadership experience Expertise in managing the animation production process Strong familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite A portfolio demonstrating previous successful projects
