A company is looking for a Coverage Clinical Staffing Recruiter. Key Responsibilities: Conduct intake calls and gather information on clinicians' qualifications and preferences Evaluate job seekers' qualifications and facilitate interviews or offers Triage and resolve issues for travelers on assignment while maintaining detailed notes for handoff Required Qualifications, Training, and Education: 1+ years experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, or a revenue-generating role preferred Demonstrable proficiency with modern business software tools and technologies BA/BS or AA/AS Degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting preferred; charge and/or preceptor experience are a plus Travel experience is a plus
