This is a great opportunity for tax professionals looking to join a high-performing team in a leading law firm. We are seeking a mid-level associate in New York. Advise on M&A, debt, financing transactions, and portfolio investments. Design and implement tax-efficient structures for joint ventures and corporate transactions. Provide state tax planning advice. Qualifications: JD from an ABA-accredited law school (LLM in Taxation preferred). Admitted or eligible for admission in New York. Minimum 4 years of transactional tax experience in a major law firm practice, focusing on corporate and partnership taxation. Experience in energy, real estate, and international taxation preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Compensation: Bonus Eligible. Comprehensive benefits package.
