Strong Brand Recognition Growth Flexibility AutonomyJob DetailsWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our corporate finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing month-end close processes, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and working with our ERP system to ensure accurate and timely financial data.Key Responsibilities: Execute the month-end close process, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely. Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports, providing insights and recommendations to management. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements. Work extensively with our ERP system to maintain financial records, perform reconciliations, and support system improvements and upgrades. Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary financial data and provide support for budgeting and forecasting activities. Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Public accounting experience a plus Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on month-end close and financial reporting. Proficiency in working with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Prefer experience with Power BI, Hyperion, Tableau, etc.. but not required Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.Interested in hearing more?
