Career Opportunities with Rapid Response MonitoringRapid Response Monitoring is looking for an Unarmed Corporate Security Officer (Full-Time) to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.Salary Range: $24 per hourRequired Schedule: Overnights, require weekendsLocation: Onsite in Corona, CAResponsibilities Ensure the facility is provided with high-quality services to protect people and property Maintain a security presence by regularly patrolling both inside and outside of the facility Monitoring security cameras Detect and report safety concerns and potential risks Responds within minutes to reports of suspicious activity. Responds promptly to emergency calls for assistance. Escorting certain personnel to and from eventsRequired California State Training and Qualifications 8 Hour Pre-assignment Training 32 Hours On-The-Job Training 8 Hour Annual In-Service TrainingBasic Qualifications High School Degree Must possess a California Security Guard License Must be licensed and registered with the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Able to proactively identify problems, creatively develop and execute solutions Excellent interpersonal skills; able to relate to and interact with others in a friendly, professional manner Many of our positions require an extra level of screening to obtain Department of Defense security clearance Rapid Response prides itself on being a drug-free workplacePhysical Requirements Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects. Occasional heavy lifting of > 50 pounds. Be physically active, able to frequently sit, stand, or walk for observing patrols, for long periods, and comfortable climbing stairs and walking up inclines and uneven terrain. Conduct frequent and random on-foot patrols of the building and campus perimeter. Effectively demonstrates the ability to use proper techniques in controlling disorderly or combative visitors, personnel, or trespassers when necessary.
