Practice Area: Corporate - General, Job Type: Partner, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 10 Years, A law firm seeks a seasoned attorney based in Massachusetts with 10 to 15 years of corporate law practice to deepen and broaden the capabilities of its department.DutiesRepresent a diverse array of closely held companies, including founders, executives, and investors.Provide advisory services and general outside counsel.Assist with company formation and restructuring.Requirements10 to 15 years of experience in a law firm Corporate/Transactional practice.Active Massachusetts law license and strong New England connections.Experience with early-stage companies, private equity, and early-round corporate finance is preferred.Familiarity with commercial real estate transactions, finance, and leasing is a plus.A portable book of business valued at $250,000 or more.EducationJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.CertificationsActive state bar membership (Massachusetts).SkillsStrong analytical and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a preference for three days in the office, based on practice demands.Proven track record of managing client relationships and providing high-quality legal counsel.BenefitsHybrid work environment, with flexibility in office attendance.Support personnel or a small group may be provided as needed.
