Our client is seeking a talented and driven Corporate M&A/ PE attorney to join their leading AmLaw 10 firm in its Chicago office. Year after year, our client's Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group maintains its position at the forefront of high-profile, cutting-edge M&A transactions. Our client also consistently ranks at the top among legal advisers to private equity buyouts in the U.S., Europe and Asia.Your practice will be focused on areas of corporate finance, securities regulation and corporate governance.
