We are looking for a mid-level associate corporate attorney with extensive M&A experience to join our team at any of our offices in the Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, or New York. Ideal candidates should possess 3-4 years of M&A experience at a top-tier corporate firm. Candidates must be a member in good standing of the Bar in the jurisdiction where they will practice. Exceptional academic credentials and strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential. Experience with, or a keen interest in, technology and/or life sciences sectors is advantageous. Admission to the California Bar is preferred but not mandatory.Benefits and Compensation Details: Healthcare, life insurance, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, and wellness programs. The anticipated salary range for this position is: $260,000 - $310,000 Actual base salary offered may vary depending on factors including the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience, educational background, professional certifications or licenses, and location of the position.
