The firm are renowned for putting individuals at the heart of its business strategy and the successful Corporate Lawyer will join a team of dedicated solicitors advising a wide range of clients. The appointed Solicitor will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of Corporate matters. This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to work on an interesting and rewarding mix of varied, high quality commercial work and corporate transactions. You will be expected to work 3 to 4 day a week in this part time role. The appointed Solicitor joining this firm should be confident, professional, and eager to continue the success of the firm. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors who will have at least 5 years post: qualification experience in a corporate department of a law firm and will be able to demonstrate the equivalent level of skills and desired competencies within a similar law practice. This role requires excellent prioritisation and meticulous attention to detail, yielding the best result for clients. The appointed lawyer will be confident in handling a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, with the ability your existent skills and technical knowledge to this role.
