Innovative Environment: Work with cutting-edge technologies and be part of a team that values creativity and forward-thinking solutions.Job DetailsDuties: Lead the accounting team in corporate accounting functions, financial reporting, cash management, and shareholder communication. Ensure tax compliance in collaboration with third-party professionals. Assist CFO in insurance coverage evaluation for risk management. Provide necessary financial and operating information to the organization. Analyze consolidated financial results of domestic and international divisions. Manage bank relationships and cash projections. Recommend and implement cost reduction programs. Maintain internal controls and lead special projects, including M&A due diligence. Address shareholder issues promptly and effectively. What you'll need to succeed: Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited institution with a minimum of 10 years of related experience. CPA certification required; MBA preferred. Background in manufacturing or audit experience is beneficial. Previous supervisory experience necessary.
