The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of private equity transactional experience and expertise in acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, and fund formation. Only candidates who have worked at these top firms will be considered for this opportunity. Your Mission: Work on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures , and other private equity transactions. Provide legal services to private equity funds , financial institutions , and global commingled funds . Collaborate with a national corporate team to support complex corporate transactions. Manage transactions and work efficiently, both independently and within a team environment. Provide exceptional client service , ensuring that business goals are met through legal solutions. Core Competencies: Private Equity Transactional Expertise : Strong experience handling private equity transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, and portfolio management. Corporate Legal Services : Ability to advise on all aspects of commercial, financial, and industrial transactions. Client-Centric Approach : Commitment to delivering high-quality client service while managing complex corporate deals. Communication & Collaboration : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in team settings. What You Bring: Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school. Admitted or eligible for admission in New York or Massachusetts . 3+ years of M&A and private equity transactional experience in a corporate law firm. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail . Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and balance competing responsibilities. Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings . Work Environment & Benefits: Competitive salary ranging from $260,000 to $310,000 , plus bonus eligibility . Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance . 401(k) matching contributions.
