Job Description: Responsible for ongoing meal production and timely meal service Test new recipes Clean the kitchen; put away/ organize food deliveries Assist with kitchen inspections as needed, to ensure the foodservice production area is safe and sanitary. Inspect storage areas on a regular basis for proper temperatures, cleanliness, and order Benefits: Company paid Life Insurance Requirements: Two years of cooking experience in a high-volume environment is recommended Food Handler's Permit required High School diploma Minimum 18 years of age Possess excellent communication skills Willing to provide direction to cook-aides and dish-aides, as needed Possess a great attitude while providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service Passion to learn and grow within the cooking profession
