You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring that all food is served to high standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and customer orders. Ensure the presentation and quality of dishes meet the restaurant's standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation. Assist in daily food prep, including chopping, cutting, and marinating ingredients. Monitor inventory and communicate shortages or needs to management. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain food quality and cleanliness. Qualifications: Previous experience as a cook or in a kitchen environment is preferred. Familiarity with Middle Eastern cuisine is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality food.
