Are you a hard-working individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a cook at our busy quick-service restaurant - 52 tap taproom. We need someone who can handle preparing food stations, cooking a high volume of food, and ensuring that all food safety and storage regulations are followed. Our ideal candidate has food industry experience, preferably in fast food, quick service, or fast-casual restaurants, and a willingness to learn. We need a team player who is ready to work alongside other crew members and has excellent time-management skills. If this describes you, apply today! Responsibilities: --- Finish each shift by sweeping the floor, mopping, cleaning countertops, and wiping down any other surfaces that were used --- Use thermometers to check that food has reached an appropriate temperature before serving it --- Clean and sanitize all workstations, including counters, utensils, cooking equipment, and the refrigerator, in accordance with health and safety regulations --- Ready food stations by washing, cutting, dicing, and chopping items needed for food prep --- Cook food according to instructions provided on food order slips or through verbal directions Qualifications: --- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members --- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently --- Previous experience working in fast food or quick service restaurant is preferred --- Ability to understand and comply with kitchen sanitation, safety and equipment usage, and food storage regulations --- Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic About Company: MPourium, a premier craft beer tap room located in the heart of Greenville, NC, is known for its extensive selection of 52 taps featuring the finest craft beers.
