The Kitchen Manager is responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to the store's menu while ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation. This role plays a vital part in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food items as per recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer demand. Quality Control: Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation. Assist in developing new menu items and specials. Safety and Hygiene: Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. Help receive and store food supplies as needed. Qualifications: Previous cooking experience in a fast-paced environment preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
