Controller - Accounting Manager needed for our Commercial Real Estate company. 30+ properties Office - Medical - Retail 1 million sq. ft ~ 35 entities Minimum 7.5 years experience in commercial real estate accounting ~Quick Books/ Excel experience ~Job Costing Experience ~Organized, efficient, detail oriented, multi-tasker ~A/P - A/R - G/L - P & L ~Balance Sheet - Payroll ~Budgets - Bank Recs - Loans Competitive salary plus full benefits 45 hours per week.In 1992, Charles J. Laurencelle, Michael's son, joined the business and today runs the company's operations and continues as the third generation to grow the family business. In 2002, the company was renamed Laurencelle Properties, Inc. to closer reflect its focus in the commercial real estate industry.
