As a Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial activities and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic decision-making process and drive the financial success of our company.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of the financial accounting, reporting, and control functions Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Provide accurate and timely financial reports and analysis to support management decision-making Monitor and analyze financial performance indicators, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and track performance against them Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and reporting requirements Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and tax filings Stay up to date with accounting standards and regulations, and ensure the company's financial practices remain compliant Powered by JazzHR
