Job Summary Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Controllers , we’d ask you to do the following for us: Operations Support the company’s initiatives in the department Show great attention to detail Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, non-profit organizations and other Compass employees Maintain positive relations with internal and external clients, and always respond promptly to their requests Make sure to liaise with the team, including the operations team of our partner, Mc Gill University, and any other required sector to guarantee efficient operational performance Complete all projects on schedule and in a professional manner Monitoring Oversee the completion of required departmental reports and the compilation of end-of-month reports Initiate and maintain the annual budget process, quarterly and monthly forecasts Ensure that employees follow Compass standards as outlined in the training manual and employee handbook Effectively implement financial.
