The HR Coordinator – Contact Centre Tier 1 is the first point-of-contact for the business, managing the resolution and escalation of inquiries and requests from managers, employees and external requestors. This role will be responsible for HR and administrative support as a member of the HR Shared Services team answering inquires by phone, e-mail and a case management system. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for transactional support, data entry, HR content management and creation, audits, records management, and other HR processes/administration in support of the HR service delivery model. This role will involve significant interaction with employees and other HR clients, with a focus on continuous improvement to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The Role The successful candidate will support: Tier 1 Inquiry Support via e-mail, phone, and online forms: Respond to inquiries (internal and external) supporting Core HR, benefits, pension, payroll, employment confirmation for employees, learning, and other HR questions. Triage and escalate enquiries to HR Operational Support, HCM Technology Support, local HR, or HR Centres of Excellence. Provide end-to-end case management support and ensure appropriate case escalation and resolution.
