Key Responsibilities Build relationships with customers as a subject matter expert, managing complex business cycles and influencing strategic account direction Deliver against quota and achieve strategic business and growth goals while forecasting and reporting on territory performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies, drive business growth, and enhance customer experience Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 12 years of experience in a sales role in enterprise software, cloud, or AI Experience identifying CCaaS use cases in healthcare, life sciences, or financial services Experience with Contact Center technologies and promoting CCAI and GenAI/AI technology stacks Knowledge of market trends, products, and solutions in Cloud, AI, and Customer Experience
