A company is looking for a Consumer Service Operations Representative 2 to assist members and providers with various issues. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from members and providers regarding eligibility for state and federal programs Gather personal and financial information to complete state applications on behalf of members Assist members in locating additional resources for healthy living, such as medication cost reduction and food security support Required Qualifications 3 years of customer service experience, including typing/data entry Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook and Word Strong typing and computer navigation skills Previous healthcare experience preferred
