Job Title: Consultant or Sr.Recruitment Consultant (Life Science) Position Type: Full-Time Employment Multiple Location: Hybrid (Remote & Onsite) | Boston, New Jersey, San Diego, San Fransisco Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 Job ID#: 45456 Job Description and Responsibilities Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all recruitment-related matter Ensure high-quality recruitment service delivery by managing and coordinating the recruitment process from job requisition to candidate placement. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior recruitment consultants ( if any ), sharing best practices, offering guidance, and fostering a collaborative team environment. I dentify areas for improvement in recruitment processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to offer strategic advice and maintain a competitive edge. Provide regular updates and detailed reports to clients on recruitment metrics, progress, and outcomes, ensuring transparency and alignment with client expectations. Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services and alignment with client requirements. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expertise in recruitment strategies, market conditions, and talent acquisition best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5 - 6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2-3 years of significant focus on the Life Science industry.
