Successful candidates will have the following: Prior formal DEI experience in a corporate environment (required) Project Management experience preferred. We know that as the marketplace continues to evolve, our diversity will be essential in allowing us to understand our customers, attract and retain top talent and spark innovation.As a Consultant, you'll ensure the incorporation and implementation of the DE&I strategies with alignment between business drivers and financial implications, value mapping and competitive edge and scenario planning and testing of strategies. You'll collect and present external DE&I industry data; providing research and analysis of practices with internal DE&I organizational results, to make recommendations for strategy planning. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Implements the DE&I corporate strategy, which includes all programming, sponsorships, events, awards and reputational survey submissions, learning plans, and advising on tools and resources needed to enhance capabilities and behaviors across the company Leads the design and implementation of programs that support DE&I communication and education initiatives. Maintains external strategic partnerships and associated relationships. Collects and presents program results and analysis, external industry data analyses to inform strategy planning and build execution plans. Leads invoice tracking and payment for financial forecasting, including registration of suppliers in the payment system. Builds, manages and improves partnerships internally with Human Resources and business units to provide consultation on strategies that support our corporate DE&I strategy and business objectives. Provides research and analyses of optimal practices and benchmarking. Serves as a subject matter professional on DE&I matters. Continuously participates in professional development opportunities to gain further understanding of DE&I to remain abreast of emerging trends/issues, ideas and standard methodologies. May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Reporting Relationships: Reports to the Associate Vice President, DE&I - Human Resources. This is an individual contributor role. Typical Skills and Experiences: Education: Undergraduate degree in human resources, marketing, multicultural studies, business administration or related field. License/Certification/Designation: Professional certifications like the Certified Professional - Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional - Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP) is a plus. Experience: Typically, eight or more years demonstrated experience in human resources, community relations, project management, strategy, operations or marketing preferred. Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: The ability to function in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects at the same time. Prefer familiarity with corporate DE&I strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for contact with upper management. Proven advanced analytical skills.Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.Staffing exceptions to the above must be approved by the hiring manager's leader and HR Business Partner.
