Responsibilities:• Reviewing construction plans/documents to maintain quality control on-site• Managing multiple subcontractors working on the job to maintain efficiency and proper coordination• Maintain the schedule to meet project milestones and deadlines• Assist subcontractors with material procurement to maintain momentum on-site• Provide regular progress updates/daily reports to keep the team informed Qualifications:• Understanding/ability to read construction plans/documents• Dependable and trustworthy• Strong communication skills• Willing to travel to jobs (in the areas listed above) Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 yearly About Company: PalMar Construction is a small family-run general contracting company that has been in business for over 30 years. We are slowly growing and looking to add team members to meet the increased demand/projects from our clients. We are a tight-knit family (less than 15 people) that enjoys working together and sharing success over the years.
