What would you do in this role? This leadership role will lead other project managers, closely oversee and guide multiple construction projects Partner with several team members: estimators, engineers, field staff, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, and architects throughout the life of the projects Identify areas for pre-fabrication and work with field staff, Project Engineers and Designers to create fabrication and installation drawings What's in it for you? This person will have background/experience in wastewater, general contracting and/or construction Prior experience with Davis Bacon and prevailing wage jobs will make this candidate stand out! Someone who is a self-starter with a high degree of organizational skills and attention to detail A person who has knowledge of supervisory principles, practices, and techniques Someone with excellent problem solving, analytical, and trouble shooting skills Someone who can listen well and turn on a dime when needed This person will have had exposure to estimating, construction and material requirements Are there educational requirements?
