This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Construction Project Coordinator focussed in the construction field. What you’ll do: Answering incoming phone calls Handle customer inquiries in an efficient, timely and customer-focused manner, including customer complaints from start to finish Own and maintain the accepted awarded documentation Correspondence with customers regarding schedule Coordinate deposits and payments Obtain and file Dig Safe, bonds and permits for projects, when applicable Set up estimator’s appointments Work closely with other team coordinators with job status updates Provide coordination, monitoring and communication in Crew Control, including scheduling and dispatching Provi de customer feedback and updates on project status, via Crew Control, email and phone calls. Maintain records and track changes of all customer data, job and personnel costs, project status, equipment utilization, etc by utilizing relevant company softwares.
