Construction Manager - Mechanical We have partnered with a large construction company in the Moore, SC area to provide them with a Construction Manager - Mechanical Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Construction Manager - Mechanical:#1. Must have at least 5 years Supervisor/Manager experience.#2. Must be able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications and identify discrepancies or conflicts within documents.#3. Must have experience with civil/site work (concrete, steel, building envelope, MEP, etc.)#4. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years. Requirements of the Construction Manager - Mechanical:A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in overseeing industrial construction projects, with a demonstrated ability to solve problems, communicate effectively, and pay close attention to detail.Background in collaborating with manufacturing clients across various environments.Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications, with the ability to identify and resolve any inconsistencies or issues within the documents.Experience in handling civil/site work, including concrete, steel, building envelope, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and more.Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.A proactive attitude and commitment to being an integral part of a small-firm environment, with the ability to adapt to ambiguous situations. Supervisory Duties of the Mechanical Construction Manager:This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of general contractors on the job site of assigned projects and managing the performance of the on-site team. Other Key Requirements:100% In officePrimarily local travel during the business day, however out of state travel is likely for project coordination.No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
