Ideal candidates graduated with CM or technical degree. A unique training program, Windover Construction's Construction Management Apprenticeship Program or CMAP, prepares new college graduates and internal employees for a career in the Construction Management profession. With 'apprenticeship' at its core, you will be mentored, coached, and supervised by the industry's brightest and best professionals.
