Job Description: The Tysons office of McGuireWoods seeks a junior Associate for the Commercial Litigation Department. Job Requirements: Qualified candidates will have 3 - 5 years of law firm experience practicing predominantly in the construction space. Experience with complex litigation, federal criminal law, or investigations is considered a plus, as is experience as a federal judicial clerk.
