If so, consider the following opportunity: The Connected Home Contractor Manager is responsible for the oversight and relationship of our third-party contracting firms. In this capacity you will be accountable to ensure that the terms and conditions as outlined in our Master Service Agreement are not only being executed in accordance with our Rogers standards, but also delivering on our performance metrics which are focused on delivering an exceptional Customer experience. In this position, the Connected Home Contractor Manager will deliver on key strategic initiatives that are built around how our third parties interact with our customers to deliver reliable services. In this role you will be responsible for achieving departmental objectives across a workforce of 275-300 personnel. What you'll do: Provide leadership and direction to our third-party firms to support excellence in completion of all field related activities. Work in conjunction with third-party leadership teams to develop a high-tech workforce ensuring that technicians are upskilled to support the successful installation of our existing product offering and any new technology.
