America’s number one growing acrylic bath company, Bath Planet of Arkansas is looking to hire an experienced Confirmation Call Center Manager in our Arkansas market. Qualified applicants will have excellent computer and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues. Hours are Monday 8-5, Tuesday-Thursday 11-8 and Friday 10-7 Job duties include but not limited to: Manage and supervise call center agents to meet performance goals Develop and maintain call center policies, procedures, and quality standards Provide coaching and feedback to call center agents to improve performance Confirm schedule for next day appointments and installs, make sure all appointments are within mileage Excellent customer service Must be able to travel to other location in Little Rock Management and call center experience Paid weekly.
