They pride themselves in offering both experience and quality!What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including: Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plans Holiday Pay Teladoc (online care) Referral Bonus Incentive Weekly Pay 401k And More!Concrete Foreman Details: Temp-to-Hire position $30.00 to $38.00 /hour Full Time work available Weekend work required Various shifts available (Sunday through Saturday from 07:00am to 05:00pm) Plan and supervise concrete installations from layout through turnover to the General Contractor or Owner. Communicate daily plans and goals with crew members under your supervision. Educate and motivate crew to accomplish goals safely, accurately, and efficiently. Supervise workers throughout the shift, ensuring safety, appropriate work stoppages, and organization. Evaluate the performance, delegate tasks, and provide guidance to crew members. Resolve problems with projects, materials, and workers as they arise.Concrete Foreman Qualifications: Proven Concrete Foreman Experience with the ability to read blueprints. Minimum of 5 years of concrete experience, including experience in a leadership or supervisory position. Experienced with footings, foundation, large flat work, and pours utilizing laser screeds and walk-behind rider trowels. Experience managing a crew of around 8 people. Detailed knowledge of concrete construction procedures. Applicant may be subject to a background check Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
