Our matrimonial law firm is seeking a concierge receptionist dedicated to providing an exceptional client experience for both current and prospective clients while playing a vital role in our clerical operations. Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities: • Serve as the Firm Ambassador and the first point of contact for all calls and in-person clients.• Provide A+ customer service to every caller.• Prioritize client interactions while managing other calls efficiently.• Navigate client interactions with empathy and authority.• Utilize our phone systems to ensure a seamless client experience.• Provide clerical support to the operations team, assisting wherever needed. Qualifications: Skills Needed: • A minimum of two years of experience in a reception or customer service role.• Flexibility, optimism, and empathy towards individuals dealing with matrimonial issues.• Confidence to be kindly assertive with clients when necessary.• Reliability and responsibility in all tasks.• Sales experience is a strong plus.• Technical proficiency: familiarity with Microsoft Office a plus.
