Description We're looking for a Computational Biology Associate Scientist, working in the Biotechnology/Medical Devices industry in Cambridge.Responsibilities: Perform high quality DNA and RNA sequencing data generation in a timely fashion to support all R&D programs that need to take NGS approach to address biological and medical questions. Contribute to an external collaboration focused on the development of novel protocols for the differentiation of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) into terminal cell types suitable for cell-based therapies. Work closely with a cross-disciplinary team of biologists and bioinformatic scientists to apply novel computational techniques. #J-18808-Ljbffr
