A company is looking for a Compliance Auditor to support the affordable housing industry. Key Responsibilities Process certification and review files within a strict 24-hour period Prepare client documents for audit reports and reconcile discrepancies Conduct remote file audits and stay updated on affordable housing program changes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience Experience with Section 8, Section 42, HOME, Rural Development, or Tax Credit programs Understanding of local, state, and federal housing regulations Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook Experience with property management software is a plus
