A company is looking for a Compensation Program Manager to serve as the analytics point person in transforming their compensation program. Key Responsibilities Serve as a People Analytics compensation subject matter expert and partner with leaders Assist with analytical tasks to ensure competitive and compliant compensation practices Support the development and administration of pay structures, policies, and incentive programs Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in compensation with a focus on technical requirements SQL experience required; Workday and Python experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field Expert-level Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
