A company is looking for a Compensation and Talent Analytics Lead to analyze compensation structures and deliver insights on talent data. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research and benchmarking for competitive salary structures and drive the annual compensation review process Analyze job descriptions for classification, salary alignment, and internal equity, while performing salary audits Collect and interpret workforce data to provide actionable insights on talent trends and maintain reporting tools for compensation metrics Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 4-6 years of experience in compensation analysis, talent analytics, or a related field Strong proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems; experience with data visualization tools is desirable Experience with compensation benchmarking and equity platforms Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to compensation is preferred
