We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Community Outreach Representative to join our team and be the face of our organization! In this impactful role, you will build strong relationships within the community, raise awareness of our mission, and help drive positive change through direct outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities As a Community Outreach Representative , you will: Community Engagement : Develop and maintain relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and residents to increase awareness of our initiatives. Event Representation : Represent our organization at community events, fairs, and other outreach activities, sharing information about our programs and services. Outreach Campaigns : Assist in planning and executing outreach campaigns to engage the community, including setting up informational booths and distributing promotional materials. Public Speaking : Conduct presentations to educate the public about our mission, goals, and services. Collaboration : Work closely with our internal team to coordinate outreach efforts, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives. Data Tracking : Gather feedback and track engagement to help measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts and identify opportunities for improvement. Desired Skills & Experience We are looking for someone with: Background : A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field is preferred. Experience in community outreach or public engagement is a plus. Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences. Interpersonal Abilities : Strong people skills and the ability to build rapport with community members and stakeholders. Organizational Skills : Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple events and outreach activities simultaneously. Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities. Passion for Community Work : A strong enthusiasm for community engagement, public service, and making a positive impact.
