We are looking for an Entry-Level Community Outreach Assistant to join our team and help connect with local communities, build strong relationships, and promote initiatives that empower people. If you're motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn, this is the perfect role for you! Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing community outreach programs to foster positive relationships within local communities. Engage with community members, organizations, and stakeholders to support outreach efforts and promote our initiatives. Act as the main liaison between the organization and the community, effectively communicating our goals and programs. Collect and analyze feedback from community interactions to refine and improve future outreach strategies. Work with internal teams to align outreach activities with organizational objectives and goals. Qualifications: Passion for Community Engagement : A strong desire to contribute to community development and social change. Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups. Organizational Skills : Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines. Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Education : A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
