Key Responsibilities: As the Community Manager , you will be responsible for all day-to-day operations and management of the property, including: Overseeing the administration and maintenance of the community. Ensuring quick turnaround for apartment units. Managing rental collections and financial performance. Maintaining compliance with government regulations , particularly Tax Credit Compliance . Enhancing the value of the property while fostering positive relationships with residents and team members. Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience managing a large apartment community. Tax Credit Compliance experience is a must. Familiarity with property management software ; Onesite experience is a plus. Must be organized , outgoing , and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills . Proficiency in MS Office software and standard office equipment is highly beneficial.
