Great Benefits Package Available Wage range is $23.00 - $27.00/hour | Credit for experience will be given How you will make an impact: Vista Prairie at Goldfinch Estates is seeking Community Care Coordinators to join our compassionate team. As a dedicated Community Care Coordinator, you will embrace a resident-centered approach, treating every individual with unwavering dignity, regardless of their disease, diagnosis, or progression. While providing a therapeutic environment that maintains each resident’s highest level of physical, social, and physiological well-being, you will find ways to bring smiles to the faces of those you serve. You will also a nswer resident emergency calls promptly, a ssist in transporting residents to/from appointments, activities, meals, and social programs as necessary. As a Community Care Coordinator, you will also assist residents in preparing for activity and social programs as necessary and much more! Together, we can make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. Schedules Vary: Evening Shifts (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM) What you will need: High school diploma or GED required. Must be 18 years of age or older. Healthcare experience required. 1 year of supervision experience preferred. Experience with leadership and guiding teams is preferred. Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required.
