We are looking for a highly motivated and driven full time Community Builder in Training to join our Land Development team. Job Overview: As a Community Builder in Training you will be responsible for assisting the Community Builder in managing onsite real estate development, upkeep and final municipal acceptance, involving scheduling, quality control, job-cost control, project reporting and internal and external customer relations. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, develop new skills and excited to assist with all aspects of project planning and execution. Key Responsibilities: Assist Community Builders with day-to-day tasks, including document preparation and project scheduling Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and other trade partners to ensure timely project execution Maintain project files, track milestones and update status reports Support site evaluations/inspections Participate in team meetings and ensuring action items are followed up on Develop relationships with customers and municipalities Assists with development and maintenance of MS Project schedules Project Cost Control Special Projects & Project Acceptance Qualifications: Excellent communication skills Demonstrated ability to find common purpose to achieve successful project outcomes Excellent organizational and follow up skills Attention to detail Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously Commitment to meeting deadlines A problem solving mindset focused on finding solutions in variable project environments Flexibility to self-adapt to changing project requirements Positive attitude and desire to be part of a successful team We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package, including comprehensive medical/dental/vision/prescription insurance, 401(k) with a company match, income protection insurance, home purchase discounts, tuition reimbursement, professional development, and much more!
