Purpose of the Role: As the Communication Lead, you'll be instrumental in ensuring effective communication, crafting engaging employee engagement plans, and guiding communications during the TUPE process. This pivotal role drives successful change initiatives and new working methodologies, necessitating confident interaction across all organisational tiers. Responsibilities: Craft engaging content for TUPE presentations and engagement sessions. Develop and own communication and engagement plans for contract mobilisations and change initiatives. Manage documentation in line with client branding. Implement innovative strategies for change through employee engagement. Requirements: Proven experience in digital communications. Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments. Create and implement custom communication strategies for projects proactively. Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
